In the Department of Urology and Nephrology, we treat all diseases of the urinary system. These may include kidney failure, cystitis, stones, tumours or other rarer conditions.

ADC Nuro et nephro

Urinary incontinence problems are treated in a separate department. In order to offer the best possible approach to your pet's problem, we always work closely with the imaging, obstetrics and reproductive disorders, surgery, incontinence, oncology and nutrition departments.

Services offered

Management of your pet's urinary problems in close collaboration with your attending veterinarian.

Several complementary examinations can be proposed, generally on the same day as the consultation or during a second appointment: blood analysis, urine analysis, microscopy, blood pressure, radiography (+/- contrast), ultrasound, urinary endoscopy, biopsy.

In some cases, when the animal's condition requires close monitoring and intensive care, it may be hospitalised.

In practice

Uro-nephrology appointments are scheduled every Wednesday.

In addition to the usual recommendations for any consultation, you are asked, as far as possible, to collect and bring your dog's morning urine and if possible not to let him urinate when he gets out of the car so that we can collect urine if necessary.

Our team

Consultations are provided by small animal internal medicine specialists and their assistants.
