Cross-sectional imaging modality producing very high quality images of the patient's organs and soft tissues in different planes of space. This non-irradiation modality uses a magnetic field and the movement of protons naturally present in the body. It enables :

• optimal examination of the central nervous system,
• high-contrast, high-resolution images for soft-tissue evaluation.
