Interdisciplinarity is certainly one of our greatest assets. Indeed, each clinician specializing in his or her own discipline can, if necessary, confer with one or more colleagues specializing in other disciplines. The links forged between these different disciplines have the common aim of resolving a complex problem and improving the overall care of our animals.

Take the example of Max, an obese Labrador presented with a knee ligament problem. He will benefit from the expertise of an orthopedist who will operate on him, a physiotherapist who will shorten his revalidation period, and finally a nutritionist to help him lose weight. Other specialists (anesthetist, radiologist, etc.) will also be involved in his care. All in all, Max will benefit from optimum care, all within the same structure.
